Effects of sleeplessness to the Immune System


It reduces the production of immunity cells (lymphocytes) and increase risk of infections like cold hands, dry eyes, fatigue, Mild fever, headaches, Rash and joints ache.


Effects of sleeplessness to Fertility


There is low production of fertile hormones (follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone)


Effects of sleeplessness to Weight


It reduces the subcutaneous fat and Visceral fat (belly fat) storage and weight gain in the body.



Subcutaneous fat is stored under the skin.


Visceral fat is stored at the major organs of your abdomen such as the liver, kidney, pancreas, intestines and heart.

  1. Avoid eating late at night.
  2. Eat moderate meal.
  3. Eat balance diet.
  4. Always think positive.
  5. Avoid unnecessary anger.
